Returns & Refunds Policy


This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from DRJresells. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.



1. All Sales Are Final


ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


DRJresells does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.


Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, the sale is considered final and non-reversible.



2. No Returns or Exchanges


DRJresells does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:




  • Incorrect size, color, or item selected by the customer



  • Customer dissatisfaction or change of mind



  • Shipping delays



  • Carrier-related issues



  • Lost, stolen, or delayed packages



  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer



Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before purchasing.



3. No Refunds


Refunds will not be issued for:




  • Any completed purchase



  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier



  • Orders affected by shipping delays



  • Lost or stolen packages



  • Carrier mishandling



  • Address errors provided at checkout



DRJresells is not responsible for issues caused by third-party shipping carriers.



4. Damaged or Incorrect Items


All products are inspected prior to shipment. In the rare event an incorrect item is received, DRJresells must be contacted within a reasonable timeframe.


Any resolution, if offered, is at the sole discretion of DRJresells and does not guarantee a refund or replacement.



5. No Chargebacks or Payment Disputes


By purchasing from DRJresells, you agree not to file chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims with your bank, credit card provider, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor.


Chargebacks or disputes filed for reasons covered by this policy will be considered a breach of this agreement.


DRJresells reserves the right to:




  • Dispute and contest all chargebacks



  • Provide this policy as evidence to payment processors



  • Permanently ban customers who initiate fraudulent or unauthorized disputes




6. Policy Changes


DRJresells reserves the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
